Great video! Thanks for posting. I've been reading Chi Running and I am definitely trying to improve my running form. Too bad I don't live closer to this event.
ReplyDeleteVery cool. Id definitely go if I found something like that around here.
ReplyDeletenot nearly as informative as the paper bag on the treadmill.
ReplyDeleteChi Running works. However, you must be a good student and keep at it.
ReplyDeleteI would love to get to one of those! I will check with my staff and see if I can arrange it!
ReplyDeleteI can't pull up your video...but would be interested in attending this class with you. After I get home, I'll take a look at the calendar and see which Thursday might work (I usually have Thursdays off work). If you want to remind me about it late next week, feel free!
ReplyDeletenice video! It seems right on with everything else that I've read - seems like landing on your heel first sends a shock up your body, and your body slows down some. I probably need to see if I land on my heel or not when I run, haha
ReplyDeleteIf I lived anywhere close to Salem I would be all over a class like that! I started running on my own and have never had any help with anything like this whatsoever. I just kind of put on shoes and run! I could maybe be awesome if I knew anything at all about what I SHOULD be doing!
ReplyDeleteI kinda wish I lived in Oregon now! Running classes sound pretty cool :)
ReplyDeleteI love chi running! thanks for sharing this video. Wish I was in oregon now too!
ReplyDeleteAlthough you may be tapering... I can visualize your feet going up and down in anticipation of Boston. You will do wonderfully.
ReplyDeleteJust found your blog and love it! What an inspiration!
ReplyDeleteI should so do this! AFter seeing pictures of myself from my last race, I'm convinced I have awful issues with what my feet are doing...not to mention how dorky I look! Good grief. Not flattering. And my feet are going all kinds of weird ways. :)
